For more than a decade, Will has worked at the intersection of real estate, sales, operations, and technology — first selling and implementing Follow Up Boss for high-producing agents, teams, and brokerages, then as the internal FUB expert at Zillow, where he presented on advanced automations at Zillow Unlock in 2024 and 2025 and architected a custom CRM during a live product launch.

Along the way, he became the person teams called when a process didn't quite work, tools didn't quite talk to each other, or an idea nobody was sure how to build.
