Inelegant Solutions, LLC is a Texas limited liability company.

Effective date: October 21, 2026.

Inelegant Solutions — SMS Messaging Program

Inelegant Solutions offers an SMS messaging program to provide service updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, and follow-up communications to customers who opt in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at wilbee@inelegant.solutions.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

For privacy questions, see our privacy policy:

Additional consent safeguards

By checking the separate text consent box, you agree to the inquiry messages described above. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You can submit an inquiry without agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number alone is not consent.

This permission does not authorize promotional nurture messages.
