Privacy Policy — Inelegant Solutions
Inelegant Solutions, LLC is a Texas limited liability company.
Effective date: October 21, 2026.
Information you provide
When you submit a consulting inquiry, the form requests your name, email address, inquiry details, optional phone number, and separate optional text-message consent.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, arrange meetings, and provide requested service updates. If you separately opt in to texts, we use your mobile number for those inquiry-related messages. Entering a mobile number alone does not authorize texts.
TEXT MESSAGING
Inelegant Solutions may send text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. These messages may include service updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, and follow-up communications about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at wilbee@inelegant.solutions.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Additional consent safeguards
Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can send an inquiry without agreeing to texts. The separate SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Providing your phone number alone is not consent. This permission does not authorize promotional nurture messages.
Inelegant Solutions does not sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is stored in our CRM. We do not currently apply a scheduled deletion period.
We follow reasonable practices to protect the information we collect.
